Family Fun Day
Saturday, May 26 | 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Our 2018 kicks off with one of our favorites – Family Fun Day! From 4-8 pm, the whole family will be able to bounce and play, make crafts, get your face painted, kick some soccer balls, ride the carousel and so much more. The event is free to attend; a $5 wristband will get you access to all of the inflatables.

Stick around for a free movie afterwards – sing along to “The Greatest Showman” starting at 8:15 pm!

Commons for Kids
Fridays, June 1 – August 10 | 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Our Friday morning focus is officially on the kids of Columbus. Give the carousel a whirl or hit the bounce houses free of charge. We’ve got something for kids of all ages with performances, Imagination Playground, crafts, and games. If Mother Nature cooperates, we will even feature an inflatable water slide and kid's swimsuits are welcome.

Schedule of Events

June 8 - Safety Day 
We will have both the Columbus Police Department and the Columbus Division of Fire visiting our park to help teach everyone about public safety. Our sponsor, COTA will be in attendance with some fun activities and games for everyone to enjoy! OSU Urban Arts Space will have a themed craft, joined by Lowe's Home Improvement's planting station and Primrose School's safety activity for everyone to take home. The Columbus Folk Music Society will also be joining us for all kids to dance and sing along to and Costco will be bringing games for kids of all ages. And don't forget to stop by the Tillamook kiosk for a cheese sample. 
 
June 15
Come out and enjoy a free puppet show with Mr. Puppet starting at 12pm, learn how to grow different vegetables at the Lowe's Home Improvement planting station, sing and dance with Columbus Folk Music Society or leave with an awesome balloon animal. We will also be joined by the Columbus Blue Jackets, Ohio State Athletics, Goldfish Swim School and as always, your favorite inflatables! 
 
June 22 
Whether you're looking for something to do with the kids or just want to be outside in the sunshine, we have you covered this week! Make sure to stop by and spin the prize wheel with Ohio State Athletics, get your face painted with Pretty as a Princess or enjoy the live tunes from Columbus Folk Music Society. Free kiddie fitness classes are back at 11am with Ohio Fit Club, Lowe's Home Improvement will be in attendance with some help from the Harmony Project and our sponsor, COTA will be on site! 
 
June 29
You aren't going to want to miss this one, it's an action-packed day! Ohio Fit Club is back with a kiddie fitness class starting at 11am. Columbus Folk Music Society is returning with live music, The Great Randini will have a free magic show starting at 12pm and OSU Urban Arts Space will be back with their weekly craft. Ohio State Athletics and Columbus Blue Jackets are bringing some awesome engaging activities everyone will love and Lowe's Home Improvement will have their planting station to teach kids how to grow their own garden. And as always we will have everyone's favorite, the inflatables.

Classic drive-in movies always start at dusk, and so do the flicks at Columbus Commons.  Park your blanket or a chair on the lawn and take in a FREE movie under the stars. Tortilla and Jeni’s will be open to accommodate your movie cravings.

Saturday, September 29

There’s nothing quite like autumn in Ohio, so join us in the heart of Downtown Columbus as we welcome in the season! We’ve got pumpkins, games, crafts and plenty of room to play. And of course we have inflatables! The event is free to attend; a $5 wristband will get you access to all of the inflatables.
