Columbus Commons Main Garage: Several ADA parking spots are available on each level of the Main Garage near the elevators to take you to the ground floor.
Columbus Commons Underground Garage: ADA parking is available near the State Street Entrance, near the elevator to take you to street level.
To improve the experience for all patrons of the Columbus Commons Underground Garage, we’re planning to replace the existing elevator with a brand-new, modern elevator, offering greater reliability and efficiency. This is something we’ve consistently heard from customers as an opportunity for improvement, and we’re excited to be delivering a solution that meets those expectations.
To complete this work as quickly as possible, the elevator will be closed from Monday, September 8 through Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
During the closure, courtesy golf cart shuttles will be circulating Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., as well as during scheduled Ohio Theatre and Columbus Commons events.
There will be stops at the Level A and Level B stairwells closest to the elevators, and near the ramp on the east side of the stage at Columbus Commons. Please see the attached map for details. ADA parking spaces on Level B will be temporarily moved, as shown on the attached map.

We expect shuttles to arrive at stops roughly every 10 minutes. If the shuttle has not arrived after 10 minutes, please call Columbus Commons Security at 614-227-3788.
If you need a shuttle outside of the standard shuttle hours listed above, please call Columbus Commons Security at 614-227-3788. We recommend calling before you arrive in the garage to ensure a prompt pick-up as it will take approximately 10 minutes for a courtesy vehicle escort to arrive, and cell phone service is limited.
The courtesy shuttle cannot accommodate wheeled devices (wheelchairs,
motorized wheelchairs, strollers, wagons, etc.). If you need additional accommodations, please contact LAZ Parking at 614-461-4454 to coordinate.

Both cash or credit is accepted at the pay-on-foot machines, but only credit is accepted at the exit gate machine. We recommend paying for parking at the pay-on-foot machines located at the lobby exit of the garage near Rich Street before going into Columbus Commons, so your parking is already paid for to make your exit experience a quick and easy one. Don’t forget to keep your parking validation with you after you pay, so you can enter it into the machine at the exit gate (the paid validation will pop the gate upon exit). Questions about parking?
