Brews in the Bosque

Whether you live for local libations or just looking for something to do, bring the family or your fur baby and join us for a beer every Thursday in September from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the bosque. We'll be serving up ice-cold cans of Wolf’s Ridge Brewing’s most popular craft brews and a refreshing Commons Cocktail made with Middle West Spirits OYO Stone Fruit Vodka. Tip one back, take in some tunes, and enjoy the backyard-meets-beer-garden vibe of this happy hour happening. You’ll find us in the southern end of the park on the patio near the Carousel.  

New this year, is our partnership with Beers and Board Games who will be facilitating table top games each week from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Whether you are an experienced gamer or new to the hobby, there is sure to be a game for you! 

Fun for the whole family, come toss some cornhole bags, play with a parachute, build with the blue blocks, or take a spin on the carousel, all for free. Dogs are welcome, we just ask that they stay leashed.  

Sunset Cinema

Adults can enjoy classic flicks under the stars and city skyline at this free outdoor spin on the CAPA Summer Movie series happening each Thursday in September right after Brews in the Bosque, beginning at 8 p.m. Start the evening at Brews in the Bosque and stick around for a laid-back movie night starting at sunset. Bring a blanket, grab a drink from the bar and enjoy the movie!
