Even scrupulous, upright, law-abiding citizens can’t help but be attracted to Paddy Wagon’s offerings. The fact that the menu options are named for criminal behavior is perversely attractive.
Consider the 15-to-Life Angus Brisket. A butter-toasted hoagie is crowned with slow-roasted beef, the house barbecue sauce and slaw (that is, “s’law enforcement”). Sounds good, right? Well, we’re not done. DIners can top all that glory with options such as bacon, mushrooms, pineapple and a host of other heavy hitters.
Meanwhile, the house club sandwich is called the Billy Club, and the hummus is filed under “Hummuside”. With eats and puns this good, it’d be criminal to miss out on the Wagon’s fare.
